Head Sales - Karur
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Sales professional to lead our sales team in Karur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Transmission, Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, and OEM Sales, with a proven track record of success in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, and Export Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Power Transmission, Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, and OEM Sales markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Power Transmission, Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, and OEM Sales industries
- Proven track record of success in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, and Export Sales
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
