We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our ultra-luxury residential sales and marketing efforts in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury real estate, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive sales growth and brand awareness for ultra-luxury residential projects in Chennai.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury real estate developers, brokers, and villa owners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to target high-end customers and drive sales conversions.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 12-18 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and brand awareness in the luxury residential market.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
