Roles and Responsibility:
Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools, managing the complete content lifecycle from SOP analysis and storyboarding to LMS publishing.
Partner with SMEs and senior stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, define learning objectives, and create impactful instructional solutions.
Develop multimedia learning assets, including graphics, simulations, screen recordings, assessments, and interactive content aligned with instructional design best practices.
Manage LMS administration, including content publishing, version control, reporting, and curriculum maintenance to ensure an optimal learner experience.
Drive quality assurance through content validation, curriculum audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and reduce cognitive overload.
Must have skill:Should have experience working as an Instructional designer and in content strategy.
