Manager/Assistant Manager - Data & AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager - Data & AI to join our team in Bangalore/Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, OpenAI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using Python, Generative AI, and Machine Learning techniques
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLM) and Prompt Engineering to create innovative solutions
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models for improved performance
  • Collaborate with the LangChain team to integrate AI models with data pipelines
  • Utilize OpenAI APIs to develop and deploy AI-powered applications
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning and apply them to business problems

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in Data Science and AI
  • Strong background in Python programming language
  • Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
  • Ability to work with large datasets and develop data pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
