Job Description:
Monitor and support applications, servers, and network systems.
Troubleshoot production, hardware, network, and application issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, and trouble tickets.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and applications.
Analyze logs and monitoring data to identify root causes.
Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain inventory, assets, documentation, and operational reports.
Use monitoring and ticketing tools for system health and support activities.
Be flexible to work in shifts/on-call support and communicate effectively with stakeholders
