Job description
Roles and
responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
[4–7] years of experience in
operations, sales support, deal desk, or a client-services / BPO environment,
including [1–3] years in a team-lead or people-management capacity.
Demonstrated experience
managing SLAs and KPIs in a client-facing delivery setting.
Proven experience
communicating and presenting performance directly to clients or senior
stakeholders.
