Roles and Responsibilities
Deep knowledge of OTC
trade life cycle & familiarity with different OTC products
Strong understanding of
brokerage calculation methodologies
Expertise in
reconciliations, settlements and broker interactions
Knowledge of financial
messaging (ex, SWIFT), payment processes and broker documentations
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Experience with
automation and process improvement
Excellent communication
and stakeholder management skills
Leadership experience
managing global teams
Ability to supervise
team’s productivity and ensure qualitative and quantitative development of the
team
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
12 –15+ years of
experience in OTC Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations
