Head FP&A

We are seeking an experienced Head FP&A to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, developing and implementing financial models, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
  • Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Analyze variances and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Strong background in budgeting, annual operating plans, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent financial modeling skills, with experience in developing and implementing financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
