Job Title: Process Mining (Techno Functional Consultant)

Location: Pan India

Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Process Mining.

Leverage Celonis Process Mining (preferred) to analyse, monitor, and optimize end-to-end logistics, transportation, warehouse, and fulfilment processes including planning.

Act as a techno-functional consultant with strong Logistics Control Tower expertise to design, implement, and scale high-impact process mining use cases.

Collaborate with Delivery Excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value across Supply Chain functions.

Strong experience in data engineering for process mining, with Celonis
Hands-on experience building event logs, data pipelines, and transformation frameworks (CCPM & OCPM).
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, data modelling, and ETL/ELT concepts.

Familiarity with process mining concepts and how data structures impact analysis outcomes.
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Collaborate with business and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into Celonis-driven solutions.
Understanding of business process domains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain
Design and develop Celonis dashboards and analyses, leveraging Object-Centric Data Models (OCDM) to uncover inefficiencies and actionable insights.
Develop project specific use-cases and solutions aligning with business needs and objectives

Familiarity with process mining concepts and how data structures impact analysis outcomes.
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
