We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Lead for our Capital Markets Operations practice to drive transformation, innovation, capability development, and business growth initiatives.
This leadership role is focused on building differentiated offerings, driving enterprise transformation programs, enabling sales growth, and establishing future ready operational capabilities leveraging Digital, AI / ML, Automation, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Capital Markets Operations combined with strong consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership experience.
 Lead the Capital Markets Operations Practice and drive strategic growth initiatives across clients and business units
Define and execute the practice vision, transformation roadmap, and innovation strategy
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of experience in Capital Markets Business Operations
Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Wealth Management
    • Investment Banking
    • Asset Management
    • Alternatives (PE, Private Credit, REIT)
    • Custody & Securities Operations
Proven track record in leading large scale transformation programs and practice building initiatives
Strong understanding of:
    • AI / ML technologies
    • Digital transformation
    • Automation solutions
    • Emerging technologies including Agentic AI
Demonstrated experience in:
    • Practice leadership
    • Solutioning
    • Consulting
    • Sales enablement
    • Business development
Strong techno functional mindset with strategic problem-solving capabilities
Experience building accelerators, frameworks, and transformation assets
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs leveraging:
    • Digital transformation
    • AI / ML
    • Intelligent automation
    • Data modernization
    • Emerging technologies such as Agentic AI
Shape and develop industry offerings, solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets
Partner with leadership teams to define go-to-to-market strategies and business expansion plans
Support sales and business development activities through:
    • RFP / RFI responses
    • Client presentations
    • Solution workshops
    • Strategic pursuits
    • Industry forums
Build differentiated solutions for Capital Markets clients across:
    • Investment Banking Operations

Drive operational excellence, innovation, and process optimization initiatives
Mentor and build high performing consulting and transformation teams
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on transformation and operational strategy
