The focus should be on
governance, standardization, transformation, capability building, and driving
enterprise-wide best practices rather than day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
17-24 Years experience in COE
– Demand Planning, S&OP & Inventory Management
Define and drive the global
Demand Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Management strategy, governance
framework, and operating model across business units.
Establish standardized
planning processes, policies, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency
and operational excellence across regions.
Lead enterprise-wide
transformation initiatives, leveraging digital planning solutions, AI/ML,
advanced analytics, and automation to enhance planning capabilities.
Design and implement planning
frameworks for Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Optimization, Service Levels, and
Working Capital improvements.
Partner with business
leaders, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement to drive
integrated business planning (IBP) and cross-functional alignment.
Develop COE governance
through performance reviews, KPI dashboards, planning maturity assessments, and
continuous improvement programs.
Build organizational
capability by defining competency frameworks, delivering training programs, and
mentoring planning teams across global locations.
Evaluate, implement, and
optimize planning technologies and advanced analytics platforms.
Drive innovation by identifying
opportunities for process optimization, predictive planning, scenario
modelling, and decision intelligence.
Provide strategic insights and
executive-level reporting to support business decisions, risk mitigation,
capacity planning, and long-term supply chain strategy.
Lead change management
initiatives to enable adoption of new planning processes, technologies, and
operating models across the enterprise.
Benchmark planning practices
against industry standards and drive continuous improvement to enhance planning
maturity, customer service, and business performance.
