o 20+ years of overall experience & US/ UK P&C INS
expert with emphasis on Broking

15+Years of
Experience in Managing P&C Broking Operations (End to End operations across
New business, renewals, underwriting, Claims, Fiduciary)
o
Managed a Multi-shore
team of 300+ to 500+ FTEs
o
Good understanding
of Industry Trends
o
Led Major
Transformation Projects Delivering Significant Benefits
o
Handled RFPs/
Proactive Proposals
o
Good experience in
developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers
o
Green Belt
Certification
· Preferred Skills:
o
Experience in
managing Reinsurance and Personal Lines operations for US/ UK based customers
o
Experience in
managing voice operations
o
Black Belt
Certification
o
Managed Blended
Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice)
