Job title:  FNA RTR Consultant   Associate General Manager (AGM)
Location – Pan India  

Key Responsibilities:
 
12+ years of R2R transformation experience with expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP, Finance Controls, Process Excellence, AI-led Finance Transformation, and stakeholder management. 
Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) due diligence and finance transformation engagements for global clients.
Conduct current-state assessments across Journal Processing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Close & Consolidation, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Evaluate finance maturity, operating models, and identify transformation opportunities through diagnostic assessments.
Perform finance controls reviews including SOX, ICFR, IFRS, US GAAP compliance, and balance sheet risk analysis.
Drive financial close transformation through close optimization, journal rationalization, and continuous accounting initiatives.
Leverage process mining, journal analytics, and reconciliation analytics to improve process efficiency and governance.
Design Target Operating Models (TOM) and recommend best practices for Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) transformations.
Support pre-sales due diligence, scope validation, effort estimation, and solution development for large transformation deals.
Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to optimize finance processes and deliver measurable business value.
Drive Autonomous Finance initiatives using Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and finance copilots.
Develop AI-enabled solutions for autonomous journal posting, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
Conduct account health assessments, KPI benchmarking, and define transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready finance solutions.
Present diagnostic findings and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership and executive stakeholders.
