Project Lead / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to lead our Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholders management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and lead a team effectively. The successful candidate will have experience in BOQ estimation, quantity surveying, project costing, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD is essential, along with experience in using project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead Interior Fit-Out projects from planning to execution
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Manage stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Make informed decisions based on data analysis and project performance
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare and manage project reports, including BOQs and project costing
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
0-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Interior Fit-Out projects
Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholders management skills
Experience in BOQ estimation, quantity surveying, project costing, and MEP coordination
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
Experience in using project reporting tools
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
