Golang Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Golang Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Go, Java, and experience with REST Web Services, Git, Jenkins, NoSQL, and Postgres/Posgresql. This role is suitable for individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.
  • Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
  • Build event-driven applications using messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver business features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong background in Go programming language.
  • Experience with Java programming language.
  • Knowledge of REST Web Services and API design.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Postgres/Posgresql databases.
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
