Sr. VP - US Retirement (Group Retirement)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our US Retirement (Group Retirement) team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US retirement benefits, wealth management, and US group retirement plans, including defined contribution plans such as 401K and 403B. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in US retirement (group retirement) plans
Provide expert advice on US retirement benefits, wealth management, and US group retirement plans to clients
Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients and drive business growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting US retirement plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum 16 years of experience in US retirement benefits, wealth management, and US group retirement plans
Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service
Expertise in defined contribution plans such as 401K and 403B
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
