Director - FPNA (Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Director - FPNA (Insurance) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FPNA Transformation, FP&A with Invest Management, Expenses Management, FPNA Controllership, Insurance FPNA, FP&A, FPNA, and FPNA Insurance. This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum of 20 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FPNA Transformation initiative to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Develop and implement FP&A strategies to optimize investment management and expenses management.
  • Provide FPNA Controllership to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee Insurance FPNA functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in FPNA, FP&A, and Insurance FPNA.
  • Proven track record of leading FPNA Transformation initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A with invest management and expenses management.
  • FPNA Controllership experience with a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
