Senior Manager- S&P operations

15+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.

Strong expertise in managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes.

Proven experience in Category Management and driving strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend.

Hands-on experience in vendor governance, supplier onboarding, purchase order management, invoice processing, and billing operations.

Strong background in service delivery, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments while managing client relationships.

Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and handling internal/external audits.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders, supported by experience with leading procurement platforms and reporting tools.
