Head of Real Estate Projects

Candidates must have 20+ years of experience.

Candidates must have Strong expertise in lead the end-to-end project delivery function.

Candidates must have experience leading large residential projects.

Good experience in operations, delivery governance, project controls, and large-scale project execution

Candidates should have good experience in Budgeting, cost control and project life cycle.

Candidates should have good experience in planning, execution, cost governance and revenue alignment.

Candidates should have team handling and stakeholder management.

Candidates must be Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s / MBA in Project or Construction Management in Tier 1 or 2 Universities.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
