Senior Manager – Human Resources
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, talent acquisition, and HR operations, with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across all business functions, develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth objectives, build employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent, and monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, hiring quality, and cost per hire.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee complete HR operations including employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, manage HR documentation, employee records, audits, and legal compliance, and maintain and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: Supervise monthly payroll processing with complete accuracy, manage compensation structures, annual salary revisions, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensure timely statutory remittances including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable compliances, and benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
- Performance Management & Employee Development: Lead the performance appraisal process across the organization, develop competency frameworks, career progression plans, and succession planning initiatives, identify learning and development needs and implement training programs, and drive organizational development initiatives to improve employee productivity.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs, foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture, handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, and conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational restructuring, provide strategic HR guidance to department heads and senior leadership, prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management review, and support organizational change management initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations
- In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and HR Policies
- Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
