VP/AVP FPNA

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP/AVP FPNA to join our team at FPNA Airlines in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with experience in delivering client business, stakeholder management, transition management, transformation, business value additions, P&L analysis, KPI management, and SLA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Lead and coordinate transition management initiatives to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Drive transformation and business value additions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and progress.
  • Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and vendors.

Requirements

  • 13-25 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strong background in delivering client business, stakeholder management, transition management, transformation, business value additions, P&L analysis, KPI management, and SLA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
