Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the business, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial planning and analysis support to the business, including variance analysis and EBITDA & P&L analysis.
• Partner with finance teams to drive business growth, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze business performance and provide insights to drive business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, due diligence, and financial dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial planning and analysis tools.
