Job Title – Billing and Invoice Delivery Lead
Location – Chennai
Job Description
Create freight invoices in TruckMate after Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmation or issue resolution.
Follow customer-specific billing instructions, including invoice format and delivery requirements.
Process invoices in both TruckMate and AS400 systems during the transition period.
Generate invoices in CargoWise for Forwarding operations.
Process Centerline invoices for legacy service lines.
Manage HAR (Hold and Release) billing workflows and customer approvals.
Verify invoice accuracy against shipment and customer billing requirements.
Handle EDI 204 (Load Tender) and EDI 210 (Freight Invoice) transactions.
Monitor and resolve EDI transmission errors and exceptions.
Retrieve POD, BOL, and delivery documents through Synergize/HubTrans to support invoicing and dispute resolution.
