Job Description
Employee data and related HR transactions
on multiple IT systems for around 11,500 employees.
A total of 8-10 years’ experience
including minimum 5-7 years of implementation.
Strong experience in
incident/problem/change management, integration monitoring, HR master data
governance, release testing, vendor management, reporting/analytics and
adoption/change management.
Strong implementation experience in
SuccessFactors modules, having led Employee Central implementation from
scratch.
Should have independently managed key
modules of SuccessFactors (EC, RCM, People Analytics).
