Job Description


Work closely with architects to prepare detailed and accurate drawings from rough sketches.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools, including AutoCAD (ACAD), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess a strong understanding of architectural/interior drawings and required documentation for residential projects.
Interpret drawing details accurately and produce precise technical drawings.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors and vendors to obtain required project information.
Assist the team in preparing estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Exhibit strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
