Senior Analyst - Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with expertise in Oracle Functional Consulting, Oracle Cloud SCM, and Oracle Fusion Technical Consulting to join our team across India. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful implementation of Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and map requirements to Oracle functional capabilities.
  • Design and document functional specifications for Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional designs into technical solutions.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle applications post-implementation.

Requirements

  • 5 to 12 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM Functional modules.
  • Strong techno-functional background with Oracle Fusion Technical Consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into Oracle solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
