Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams in Bangalore to deliver high‑quality software solutions using Agile methodologies. The role requires strong project management skills, PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, and SSM certifications, and a deep understanding of quality and testing standards. The candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure that quality and testing standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Mentor and coach team members to promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in technical project management.
  • PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or SSM certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and quality/testing standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle and delivery of complex technical projects.
