Manager - Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Contracts to lead our contract management function in Agra and Prayagraj. The successful candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to compliance and claims management, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial and vendor agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions, incorporating risk mitigation and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with organizational policies.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and implement contract management tools to track milestones, renewals, and obligations.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including local Indian contract law and industry standards.
Manage claims and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
Develop and deliver training on contract policies and best practices to internal teams.
Monitor contract performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

8 to 15 years of progressive experience in contract management, administration, and negotiation.
Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal contract management, and contract compliance.
Experience with claims management and dispute resolution.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications in contract management are a plus.
