Junior Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The role focuses on commercial interiors and workplace design, requiring strong space planning, interior detailing, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The successful candidate will develop creative and functional design concepts, produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Create detailed drawings including layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
- Work closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.
- Review shop drawings and vendor submissions for compliance with design intent.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing records, and design revisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, workplace design concepts, and innovative technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Ability to create detailed working drawings and design documentation.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and conceptual design skills.
- Good understanding of furniture systems, finishes, lighting, and workplace design standards.
- Experience in handling client interactions and presentations independently.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines effectively.
