Proven experience in defining and executing enterprise-wide UiPath automation strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model.

Strong expertise in UiPath Enterprise Automation Suite, Automation Cloud, AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, Communications Mining, and Agentic Automation.

Strong experience in COE governance, automation standards, solution architecture, security, compliance, risk management, and delivery governance.

Proven track record in enterprise-scale automation programs, including opportunity identification, prioritization, business case development, and value/benefits realization.

Strong people leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams across architects, developers, business analysts, and automation specialists.

Excellent senior stakeholder and executive management skills, with the ability to drive transformation, influence decisions, and act as a trusted automation advisor.

Strong Banking domain knowledge with exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, Intelligent Document Processing, and emerging automation technologies; relevant UiPath/AI/Cloud certifications preferred.
