Job Title: - Senior Lead- Design
Location:  Goa
Candidate Specification: Candidates must have 10 + years of Experience and B.Arch Qualified.
Job Description:
Strong Expertise in architectural engineering drawings and good interfacing knowledge of MEP, landscape, structural design and sustainability.
Good experience of design management, coordination and architectural design.
Strong proficiency with Luxury Villas, resorts and hotel projects.
Candidate must have good experience in software like AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
