Candidate Specification & Job Description:

Candidates must have 4+ Years of experience in Digital Designer.

Create high-quality design assets including presentations, reports, advertisements, publications, sales materials, infographics, digital content, and other branded communication materials.

Develop and maintain fully branded designs in accordance with customer brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Manage multiple design projects independently, taking complete ownership from concept and execution through revisions, finalization, and delivery.

Collaborate effectively with design and non-design teams, understanding project requirements and translating business and client objectives into compelling visual solutions.

Follow creative direction and demonstrate strong follow-through, ensuring all assigned projects are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness, effectively managing production schedules, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.

Create and edit templates within customer applications, ensuring templates are user-friendly, visually consistent, accurately branded, and aligned with established design standards.

Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for creating and editing professional design assets.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create visually engaging and professionally formatted business materials.

Apply knowledge of HTML and CSS to support responsive web, digital, and interactive design requirements, with an understanding of design implementation across digital platforms.

Use motion and video design tools, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, to create or support multimedia, animation, and video-based design assets.

Apply strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, identifying opportunities where design interventions can effectively address client challenges. Experience with freehand illustrations and/or digital illustrations is an added advantage.
