Support pre-, during-, and post-event communications, including town halls, leadership events, annual programs, and internal campaigns.
Partner with designers to develop clear, accessible, and user-friendly communications and perform basic usability and accessibility checks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify briefs, align objectives, consolidate feedback, and minimize rework.
Manage multiple requests through structured intake, prioritization, and SLA-driven workflows, escalating risks proactively.
Track engagement signals and qualitative feedback and apply insights to improve content, messaging, and communication cadence.
Support leadership and change communications, including executive storytelling, talking points, speaker notes, briefs, organizational change, and transformation messaging.
Develop communications related to employee engagement, culture, employee experience, change, M&A, policies, business continuity, and trust and transparency.
Use Microsoft 365, SharePoint/intranet, Teams, and other digital publishing and collaboration tools; leverage emerging technologies, including GenAI, to improve content workflows.
