Job Title – : HRO Transformation Sales and Solutions
Leader
Location – Pan India
Job Description:
- The Transformation Sales
and Solutions Leader for HRO will lead transformation-led solutioning and
sales support across hire to-retire, HR operations, workforce
administration and HR shared services.
- The role will work with
clients and internal teams to modernize HR operations, improve employee
experience, increase process efficiency, strengthen compliance and enable
digital HR through platforms, automation, analytics and AI-enabled
transformation.
- 15+ years overall
experience; ideally 8+ years in sales, solutioning, consulting,
transformation, or presales leadership in HRO domain
- HR certification, Lean
Six Sigma, process excellence or HR technology certification will be an
advantage.
- Experience leading
transformation teams, solution architects, SMEs or client-facing HR
operations consulting teams is preferred.
- Lead proactive and
reactive HRO transformation pursuits including opportunity assessment,
solution design, proposal development, client presentations and deal
closure support.
- Shape HRO transformation
roadmaps across hire-to-retire, workforce administration, employee data
management, payroll interfaces, case management, knowledge management and
HR service delivery.
- Proven ability to
convert client HR operations challenges into transformation themes,
solution options and value-led proposals.
- Strong experience in
RFP/RFI responses, solution design, commercials, assumptions, transition
approach and governance models for HRO/HR shared services.
