·       Experience in implementing financial technologies and software solutions.

·       A Business Consultant will play a vital role in collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance their overall performance and efficiency with reference to Finance and Accounting processes within the organization.

·       Analyzing organizational processes, assessing opportunities for improvements, & offer expert advice to drive sustainable growth.

·       Conduct comprehensive business assessments to understand client’s objectives, challenges, & opportunities within Finance & Account processes within the organization.

·       Develop and implement tailored strategies to optimize business processes, streamline operations, & increase profitability.

·       Identify Opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and efficiency gains within the financial accounting.

·       Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure client’s financial practices remain complaint.

·       Develop and implement strategic financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

·        Streamline accounting processes, recommend system enhancements, and integrate advanced financial technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, ensuring seamless integration of financial improvements.

·       Provide an objective perspective on financial challenges, offering innovative solutions and contributing to the overall success of client’s business.

·       Familiar with the latest AI technologies, including generative and agentic AI, & adept at applying them to process optimization, decision support, & client value creation.
