Job Description :
Lead and
manage end-to-end infrastructure projects related to cargo, warehousing, and
large-scale facilities.
Own the
complete project lifecycle from planning and design through execution,
commissioning, and operationalization.
Ensure
projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards,
and compliance requirements.
Coordinate
with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other key
stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare
and maintain comprehensive Project Master Plans.
Develop
detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Track
project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and
corrective actions.
Monitor
project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Manage
project MIS and prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and management
updates.
Ensure
timely resolution of project issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Facilitate
coordination between Planning, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Engineering,
Execution, Quality, and Operations teams.
