Skills - Operations Control Center

 

Oversee and administer the Operations Control Center during the assigned shift.

Assume departmental leadership responsibilities in the absence of senior management.

Ensure accurate allocation and effective utilization of operational resources.

Monitor and maintain operational efficiency to prevent delays caused by resource or infrastructure constraints.

Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are consistently followed throughout the shift.

Activate and coordinate incident response activities during emergencies or contingencies.

Serve as the designated management representative during critical situations when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Lead shift briefings and coordination meetings for effective information sharing.

Coordinate data collection, consolidation, and reporting activities.

Prepare and submit operational status reports to management within stipulated timelines.

Facilitate communication among departments to address operational issues and ensure continuity of services.
