Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Talent Acquisition and US Recruitment requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and timely closure of positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews.
  • Handle offer management and salary negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed SLAs.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 9 to 15 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience in Global TA and/or US Recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • BPO / BPM industry experience preferred.
  • Open to US / Night Shift and Work from Office.
  • Maximum Notice Period: 60 Days.
