Candidate expectations
14 years overall and 8 to 10 years in Finance process excellence and re-engineering, working on global projects.
Good understanding of Process Excellence, DMAIC , Black belt projects into Finance and Accounting (F&A) Domain
BPO /KPO/Outsourcing industry experience mandatory,
have done high impact BB projects - 3 minimum apart from certification projects.
excellent mentoring experience and customer interfacing skills.
Full time Education is Mandatory, No Correspondence
Open to work in global timing

Job Description:
Candidates with minimum 10+years of experience into Process Excellence, DMAIC , Black belt projects into Finance and Accounting (F&A) Domain.
Exposure to Service industry is must.
Should be able to demonstrate experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, etc.
Experience in deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc would be an advantage.
LSS Black belt must. QMS, Master Black belt, Agile, Digital competencies and PMP certifications would be an advantage.
Atleast 4 years of experience as Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional is must.
Shift: Willing to work in all shifts and willing to travel to any location as per client/organization requirements.
