Java SRE Full-Stack Developer & Automation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and automation expertise to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Java applications while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability through robust observability and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a blend of software development, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence to support our growing product portfolio.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java full‑stack applications using Spring Boot, Java EE, and modern front‑end frameworks.
  • Implement and manage Site Reliability Engineering practices, including capacity planning, incident response, and reliability metrics.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and rollback capabilities.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
  • Develop and maintain observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to monitor application health, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to define requirements, review code, and deliver high‑quality releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, conduct post‑mortems, and implement preventive measures.
