Candidates
with 25+years of experience into Global Banking Operations & Relevant
22+Years into Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).
Prior
experience with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 / Strategy firms) or global
services organizations preferred.
Experience
working with multi-geo teams and global clients (US, Europe, APAC).
Experience
leading large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution,
including roadmap design and delivery oversight.
Track
record of delivering at all levels within an organization of both business
& IT (digital) capabilities.
Knowledge
of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain).
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging
C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions.

expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC,
Fraud, Sanctions
Managing a team size of 500+Ftes in the Current Portfolio
ACAMS Certification is Preferred.
Support sales pursuits, RFPs, and large deal solutioning
Experience leading FCC practices, COEs, or large global
programs
Create policies, procedures, control standards, and
operating frameworks.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements
into business controls.
Drive the use of analytics, automation, AI, and data-quality
improvements in FCC processes.
Proven client‑facing leadership and stakeholder management
Knowledge of global regulations (FATF, RBI, FCA,
FinCEN, etc.)
Exposure to technology‑enabled FCC solutions preferred
Develop and enhance FCC offerings, frameworks, and assets
Mentor FCC leadership and build strong delivery teams
Support analyst interactions and external market
positioning
Provide thought leadership on regulatory and compliance
trends
