Education and Certification Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Total work experience of 2 to 10 Years, with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred in leadership/management, including direct responsibility for people and processes.

Strong hands-on experience in TV Operations, Live TV, Live Sports, and Video on Demand (VOD) with the ability to monitor and manage time-sensitive operational activities within defined SLAs.

Experience working in a live operations or time-sensitive environment such as a call centre, help desk, network operations, OTT, or similar environments is preferred.

Hands-on experience with workflow/process-based tools such as CRM, ticketing tools, operational dashboards, or similar platforms.

Strong computer skills with experience using Chrome, Google Suite, and Google Apps.

Experience working with varied devices such as Mobile (iOS & Android), iPads, Tablets, Smart TVs, Xbox, and other similar devices.
