Job Description :
 
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for North American and Canadian payment systems including CHIPS, Fedwire, ACH, EFT, RTR, and Interac.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define payment processing workflows, integrations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvements across domestic and real-time payment platforms.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios to support payment system enhancements and implementations.
  • Support UAT, defect management, and end-to-end delivery of payment solutions while ensuring compliance with banking and payment industry standards.
