Strong Expertise in Contract management, drafting and
reviewing

Strong proficiency with Retail agreements, contractual laws
and corporate laws.
Good experience in revenue-sharing, joint-venture
agreements, development contracts.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
