Education and Certification
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Detailed Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Minimum 12 years and maximum 18 years of overall experience, with substantial leadership experience in Rewards, Compensation Operations, shared services or HRO delivery.
Proven ownership of compensation and rewards administration in a complex, high-volume, multi-country environment.
Demonstrated experience managing annual compensation cycles, off-cycle changes, incentive administration support, job and salary data, client stakeholders, service performance and escalations.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, eligibility, effective dating, approvals, salary structures, job grades, pay ranges, market adjustments, merit and bonus process dependencies.
Working experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft or equivalent, along with case management, reporting and compensation planning tools.
Experience with transitions, knowledge transfer, operating model design, SOP development, readiness assessment, go-live and stabilization for new or expanding accounts.
Working knowledge of compensation data confidentiality, role-based access, audit controls, payroll handoffs, finance reconciliation and records governance.
Advanced Excel, analytical, reporting and presentation skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or automation tools is preferred.
Excellent executive communication, judgment, problem-solving, stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively during sensitive compensation cycles.
