4. Detailed Job Description
JD:
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
  • Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.
  • Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery.
  • Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained.
  • Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs.
  • Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
  • Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation.
Project Exposure:
Experience handling commercial projects such as corporate offices, office spaces, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects, preferably ranging from ₹2 Crore to ₹25+ Crore.
