Job description

·        To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers for the assigned territory.

·        Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Company’s policies.

·        Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team

·        Pre-sales follow such as Customer details that is required for master data creation as requested by the Backoffice team, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if any, any purchase agreements to be completed in a timely manner

·        Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments

·        To co-ordinate for timely resolving Customer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team

·        To prepare monthly Dealer contact plan for Dealer Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.
