Job Description
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain automation agents using TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Build and implement browser-based automation solutions using Playwright and/or Puppeteer.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise applications and external systems using REST APIs, HTTP, and other integration mechanisms.
  • Implement workflows involving AI, OCR, file processing, data manipulation, and system-level automation.
  • Work with internal SDKs and agent orchestration platforms to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Teams, Platform Engineers, and Delivery Teams.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex automation scenarios across different environments.
  • Handle asynchronous workflows and event-driven interactions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns.
  • Develop robust automation workflows capable of handling real-world business processes and exceptions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow software engineering best practices related to coding standards, maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, customer environments, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous programming, including Promises, async/await, callbacks, and event-driven programming.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and API-based integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical implementations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Puppeteer.
  • Experience with browser automation and web automation.
  • Knowledge of DOM structures, CSS selectors, XPath, and browser developer tools.
  • Experience building automation bots, web scrapers, RPA solutions, or workflow automation.
  • Experience working in a product/SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and automated testing practices.
  • Experience integrating applications through APIs and third-party services.
