Skills – Mandatory:
Enterprise Risk Management; Risk identification, assessment, and monitoring, Risk Register management, Risk assessment and stakeholder discussions, Risk reporting and dashboards, Stakeholder management and communication
Candidate Industry:
Preferred: Large Corporates / GCC / GBS / Captive Shared Services / Big 4 / Risk Advisory / Consulting
Relevant candidates from Internal Audit, ERM, Risk Consulting, Corporate Risk, or similar functions may be considered.

Education and Certification
Qualification – Mandatory:

Additional qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Strategy, Audit, or related disciplines.

Detailed Job Description
JD:
The Manager / Assistant Manager – Enterprise Risk Management will support the design, execution, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of the organization's enterprise-wide risk management framework.
The role will work closely with business and support-function leaders to identify and assess key enterprise risks, establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), evaluate emerging risks, and provide meaningful risk insights to senior management.
The position requires a strong understanding of business processes, risk assessment methodologies, scenario planning, and the broader macroeconomic, geopolitical, and regulatory environment. The role will also contribute to risk reporting, governance forums, and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management
Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across business and support functions.
Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Engage with business and functional stakeholders to understand processes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and evaluate potential business impacts.
Facilitate periodic risk assessments and ensure timely closure or mitigation of identified risks.
Maintain appropriate documentation and governance around enterprise risks.
Risk Register & KRI Management
Maintain and periodically update the enterprise Risk Register.
Define, review, monitor, and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate management review and sign-offs for risk assessments, KRIs, and risk mitigation actions.
Independently perform KRI assessments and conduct discussions with relevant stakeholders to understand deviations, trends, and underlying risk drivers.
Identify trends and potential areas of increased risk and escalate significant observations through appropriate governance channels.
Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis
Perform scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of identified enterprise risks.
Conduct sensitivity analysis for key business, financial, operational, and strategic risks.
Develop risk scenarios based on historical events, emerging trends, macroeconomic conditions, and business-specific vulnerabilities.
Support management in understanding potential risk outcomes and evaluating mitigation strategies.
Macroeconomic & Emerging Risk Monitoring
Monitor macroeconomic, geopolitical, regulatory, industry, and emerging-risk developments.
Assess the potential impact of external developments on the organization's business, financial performance, operations, and strategic objectives.
Translate external risk developments into relevant enterprise risk considerations for management review.
Risk Reporting & Governance
Contribute to the preparation of quarterly Risk Dashboards, risk reports, and management presentations.
Support reporting to the Risk Committee, Chief Risk Office, and senior leadership.
Present risk trends, KRI movements, emerging risks, scenario analysis, and key observations in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure risk reporting is accurate, timely, and supported by appropriate data and stakeholder inputs.
Integrated Risk Governance
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, ESG, Finance, Strategy, and other relevant functions to promote an integrated approach to risk governance.
Identify areas of overlap or interdependency between enterprise risks, compliance risks, audit observations, ESG risks, and business risks.
Support cross-functional initiatives related to risk governance and control enhancement.
Automation & Digital Enablement
Support initiatives to automate risk monitoring, KRI tracking, data collection, dashboards, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve risk management processes through technology and data-driven solutions.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of AI concepts and their potential application in risk monitoring, analysis, reporting, and decision support.
Work with relevant technology/data teams to improve the efficiency and scalability of risk reporting processes.
