Candidate Expectations
- 10+
years of strong, hands-on HR experience with end-to-end HR ownership.
- Should
have experience in building and structuring HR policies, processes and
systems from scratch.
- Strong
exposure to HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance
Management, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience
handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee
engagement.
- Should
be comfortable working independently and partnering with senior
management.
- Candidates
from Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure,
Engineering or other project-based industries are preferred.
Education & Certification
- Graduate
in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM
in Human Resources preferred.
- Additional
certifications in HR, POSH, Labour Laws or HRMS will be an advantage.
Detailed Job Description
- Take
complete ownership of the HR function and build a structured HR framework
for the organization.
- Develop
and implement HR policies, SOPs, processes and employee guidelines.
- Manage
the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding,
confirmation, transfers, performance reviews and exit.
- Drive
manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across functions.
- Establish
and manage Performance Management Systems, KRAs, goal setting and
appraisal processes.
- Handle
employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict
resolution.
- Coordinate
payroll, attendance, leave, full & final settlements and employee
records.
- Ensure
compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop
HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Drive
employee engagement, welfare, training and development initiatives.
- Implement
and improve HRMS/HR technology and maintain accurate employee data.
- Partner
with senior management on people-related matters, organization structure
and HR decisions.
- Manage
and guide the HR team and ensure effective execution of HR processes.
- Continuously
identify gaps and improve HR systems, processes and employee experience.

- This
is a high-ownership HR Manager role where the candidate will be expected
to build and strengthen the HR function.
- Candidates
with only recruitment-focused or payroll-focused experience will not be
preferred.
- Prior
experience in setting up HR policies, processes or systems from scratch is
highly preferred.
- Candidates
should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the
complete HR function.
- Bangalore-based
candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore preferred.
